Hi there! How’s your week going? I’m currently writing this post from our cozy hotel in Newport, Rhode Island…looking out our window at the harbor filled with sailboats and mini yachts, coffee in hand (…can you tell I’m in my happy place right now? Ha!). Y’all, the east coast is breathtaking! My friend Veronica and I flew into Rhode Island yesterday and will be here for four days with the wonderful Brahmin Handbag team (…note that gorgeous bag in this post, eh eh! 😉 ), then we’ll part ways as she heads to San Francisco for a girls weekend, and I’ll take the train to NYC to spend some time with my besties in the city. Needless to say, we are so excited to be traveling, experiencing new cities and meeting the team behind a brand I have worn and adored long before I started blogging… this is truly a dream come true! It’s mornings like this where I find myself full of gratitude and feeling more motivated than ever to keep pursuing a career that I whole heartedly love.

Happy weekend, loves! This past week zooooomed on by! No complaints here because that means I’m a few days closer to a trip to the east coast next week!! In a few days I’m headed to Rhode Island for some galpal time with one of my besties, Veronica (…and yes, we may just have to do a city tour and drive by Taylor Swift’s house, ha!), and from there will be hopping on a train to New York City to go visit with another friend – my bridesman

Hi there! How’s your week going? Mine is off to a busy and good start! For starters, Blake went into go-go-go mode while I was visiting with my family when we got back on Sunday and he put away ALL of our registry gifts…literally he is an amazing human! It feels like we’re “real adults” with new bedding, nice cookware and pretty candles all over this apartment, ha! Aside from getting settled into our “married life,” I’ve been truckin’ away at some fun collaborations I have in the queue this month.. I didn’t realize how much I had going on until I wrote it down in my planner this morning…and it’s a lot! Excited to take y’all along for the ride as I kick into high gear with a few fun things headed to LL!
Well, hello there! It’s been about a week since my last post and I must say, I’m feeling so refreshed and happy and relaxed…and basically this whole honeymoon thing is pretty darn wonderful! Blake and I have two days left in Greece, then we’re headed back home! We both hit “lobster status” yesterday after failing to load up on sunscreen during a catamaran tour (ah!), so today we’re spending some time indoors sipping greek coffee and hiding from the sun…ha! I must admit, it feels pretty lovely to sit down and work on a new blog post…getting the best of both worlds here as I write this post in our cozy room with the the cliffs of Santorini in full view from our open balcony doors…absolutely zero complaints here!
