Blush Ballet Flats

Say hello to the most adorable ballet flats for spring! I am a big advocate of shoes that are both fashionable and practical, and these are SO perfect for everyday wear. Minnetonka Moccasin just launched their line of Anna Ballet Flats and let me tell ya, choosing just one color was honestly a challenging task, ha! These leather flats come in seven color and print options (I was torn between blush, leopard and classic black) and they’re made with a padded insole for extra comfort that can last you all day. Minnetonka is known for comfort (if you read the reviews on their products, they have a serious comfortable-shoe-lovers fan club!!) and these are no exception!

  I love that ballet flats are one of the few silhouettes that never go out of style. They are feminine, classy and super versatile – pair with denim (both kick-flare and skinny) and a dainty button up top, or wear with a short free-flowing mini dress for a cute and flirty vibe.

Another great thing about these flats is that they’ve got an elasticized topline so you can easily fold them up and pop them in your purse or gym bag. If you wear heels to work or need a plan b shoe for a night out, these are super compact and can fit in the smallest of bags. Big fan of that and also think they’re awesome for travel, too!

Did you notice the backdrop for this shoot? West Lynn Street in Clarksville still feels like a hidden gem in Austin and is home to some of the cutest shops and restaurants. Nau’s Pharmacy was built in 1951 has a soda fountain, grill and tons of candy you can’t find anywhere else (…like Razzles candy and so many fun Haribo options!). I always love stopping in and snapping photos outside, love the vintage feel!
