The Prettiest Embroidered Top

Happy Friday, gals! Do you have any exciting weekend plans in the works? I have a to-do list that’s inching close to a mile long before our trip, so I’ll be in go-go-go mode until next Thursday when we hit the airport and it’s all smooth sailin’ from there! 🙂 Tomorrow I am shooting my next Style Me Pretty post and it’s featuring some fun themed goodie bags for my bridal party for my big bachelorette shindig! I’m doing a “destination bachelorette trip” so I can’t wait to share where we’re headed to…but for now, I’ll be sharing sneak peeks on my Snapchat (livvylandblog) as I shoot this next SMP post! Hint: It’s a mermaid themed bachelorette trip… 😉

Nowww to this outfit..! 😉 Two weeks ago I drove into Dallas to visit with one of my best friends and I snapped these photos while we were out and about! As y’all know, I like to feature looks that you can wear everyday and showcase specific items that you can re-style to get the most out of your wardrobe, and I felt like this look encompassed pieces that you can absolutely wear over and over again. And come to think of it, I’ve worn each of these items in different ways recently on my blog and Instagram feed, so already you have some styling inspiration at your fingertips! 😉 This top would be so cute with cutoff denim shorts for summer and these jeans would be equally adorable paired with a free flowing off-shoulder top. Voila, two items, so many outfit possibilities!

Buuut really, is this lace mesh top not absolutely stunning?! Trust me, the quality is incredible (when you feel this thing you’ll realize how just how beautiful it is!). I am a big fan of dainty, feminine lace tops like this one and I find they add such a sweet touch to any outfit and can be easily dressed up or down. (I have on an XS for size reference). I’m wearing a basic spaghetti strap tank under the sheer top, I scooped mine up ages ago but linked to a similar tank below. I paired the top with my go-to distressed jeans because let’s be honest…I generally opt for a more casual vibe (…and can y’all tell I REALLY like these jeans? haha, I wear them ALL the time! I am pretty much an unofficial fangirl of this jeans brand by now…going on my third pair at this point…they just fit amazing and the price point is crazy good! Just $88! They fit TTS).

My handbag is by Brahmin (true story, I am collaborating with them on their summer collection launch and will feature some of their new handbags out next week – eek, dream come true because I LOVE this brand!! Been wearing Brahmin for years!).

My arm stack is a mix of my go-to leather band watch (worth the investment – you’ll wear this thing daily!), a pinch bracelet from this little Kendra Scott trio set and my Chan Luu wrap bracelet (this is a higher price point so I linked to both this one and a more affordable bracelet below). Lastly, my shoes are Dolce Vita and come in a TON of color options – I highly recommend these if you’re looking for affordable and nice quality espadrille wedges…these are super comfy, too!
