1.     Giveaway Dates.  Giveaway starts 12/15/16 at 8:30pm CST and ends 12/18/16 at 12pm CST.

2.     Eligibility.   Open only to legal U.S. Residents, 13 or older. (If under 18, get your parent’s permission before entering).  You must have an Instagram account prior to the start date of the Giveaway.  Offered only in the United States. Void where prohibited.

3.     To Enter. Follow these steps:

    A.    Follow the Instagram Accounts of @livvylandblog, as well as of @rebeccaminkoff, @colormecourtney,  @APinchoflovely and @carriebradshawlied @lonestarsouthern @laurenkaysims (if you do not already).

    B.    Like the photo posted by @livvylandblog.

    C.    Tag at least one (1) friend (using only their Instagram handle) in the “Comments” section below the photo.

4.     Entry Restrictions.  Message and data rates apply to Giveaway entry; check with your wireless carrier for details.  Your comment tagging friend(s) is your entry in the Giveaway. (Only the person posting a comment will be entered in the Giveaway; the friend(s) tagged in the comment will NOT be entered.) Unlimited entry per person. Tagging more than one (1) friend in a comment will not affect your odds of winning the prize either. Only tag in a comment/entry individual(s) who is/are personally known to you, who is/are eligible for the Giveaway and whom you believe is/are interested in the LivvyLand blog, the blogs of the other above-indicated bloggers and lucy activewear.  Any dispute as to identity of entrant will be resolved by My Style Diaries/Ms. Minton in her sole discretion.  By participating, entrants agree to these Official Rules and the decisions of LivvyLand/Ms. Watson, which are final and binding in all respects.

6.     Selection/Notification of Winner.  LivvyLand/Ms. Watson will conduct a random drawing comprised of all eligible entries received on or about one (1) day after the Giveaway end date.  Additional text/content included in comment (if any) will not be taken into account in the winner selection procedure; but, if such additional text/content is in violation of Section 5 above as determined by LivvyLand/Ms. Watson in her sole discretion, the comment/entry shall be disqualified.  LivvyLand/Ms. Watson will notify potential winner via direct message with prize claim instructions. IT IS THE POTENTIAL WINNER’S SOLE RESPONSIBILITY TO CONFIRM THAT HIS/HER INSTAGRAM SETTINGS ALLOW FOR LivvyLand/MS. Watson TO NOTIFY HIM/HER VIA DIRECT MESSAGE. Potential winner must respond within (48) hours and may be required to sign a Prize Acceptance Form within (3) days of notification. If winner is a minor and if applicable, Prize Acceptance Form must be signed by minor’s parent or legal guardian. Noncompliance with the above requirements (as applicable) or inability of LivvyLand/Ms. Watson to contact potential winner will result in prize forfeiture/disqualification and an alternate winner will be selected from among all remaining eligible entries received for the random drawing.

By participating, entrant (if a minor, his/her parent or legal guardian)  releases and agrees to hold harmless LivvyLand/Ms. Olivia Watson; Rebecca Minkoff; @colormecourtney,  @APinchoflovely and @carriebradshawlied @lonestarsouthern @laurenkaysims and, as applicable, their respective parent companies, affiliates and subsidiaries, and the directors, officers, agents, representatives, shareholders, employees, successors and assigns of any of the above organizations, as well as Instagram, from any and all liability arising from the Giveaway.

Additional Conditions of Participation: LivvyLand/Ms. Olivia Watson; Rebecca Minkoff are not responsible for late, lost, garbled, incomplete, inaccessible, corrupted, misdirected, delayed or damaged comments/entries, regardless of cause, which are void; for technological, programming, electronic, filtering or other operation of the functionality of Instagram or other error/malfunction/failure of any kind which interferes with the Giveaway.  If LivvyLand/Ms. Olivia Watson determines in her sole discretion that the Giveaway cannot be conducted as originally planned due to any cause beyond her control, LivvyLand/Ms. Olivia Watson may cancel, modify or suspend the Giveaway and select the winner via random drawing comprised of all eligible entries received prior to the action taken by LivvyLand/Ms. Olivia Watson or otherwise in a manner that LivvyLand/Ms. Olivia Watson in her sole discretion determines is fair, appropriate and consistent with these Official Rules.
