I am currently rushing to finish up this post (ha…my life story!) and then quickly get ready to head over to 512 Brewery for an afternoon of beer sampling with one of Blake’s best friends and his fam. Yes..totally following up my sale roundup post from yesterday with another sale…because really, this one is just TOO good not to share! This morning I ventured out to Nordstrom with my sister and her little ones and though we got distracted by Great American Cookie Company and the Lego store (…or rather, to keep the kiddos from running every which direction in the mall haha), I was able to sneak by the major markdown racks at Nords! Sadly, they didn’t have a ton in store (except for that first green coat on the left and it’s soo pretty!! It runs big, so order a size down, the XS was even a tad big on me), however, after scouring their online assortment…I must say, this sale is pretty darn incredible. I have a winter coat in my checkout basket as we speak (…and still eyeing about 5 pairs of shoes right now…eek!). Fear not, will post my coat asap as soon as I try it on in person! 😉

Happy Sunday, gals! I have been feeling under the weather this week and it finally hit me this morning – woke up with a stuffy nose and a sore throat…hoping I can relax and chill out enough to let myself get better! Luckily, Blake and I don’t have a major to-do list today (yay, more time for me to lounge around and do a little online shopping, ha!) 😉 Blake’s dad is an accountant, so we’re headed over to his house to do our taxes in the late afternoon (woo adulthood! *sarcasm). Will be nice to see his family though, we’re both super lucky that everyone lives in Austin!

Y’all…SO many gorgeous coats are now on sale for well under $200! (Which is already a steal for a gorgeous, ultra warm coat). I kept seeing all the beautiful winter jackets and coats marked down a ton while perusing through Nordstrom.com and realized these savings are too good to keep to myself. I am LOVING the pretty necklines that are trending right now, they’re so timeless and chic, not to mention would look so great with a big ‘ol cozy blanket scarf, too.
