Black Cami Top & Cropped High Rise Jeans

I don’t often rock an all black look, but this head to toe outfit is perfection for a night a live music and bar hopping in Austin! Chic cropped high rise jeans paired with a classic satin cami and fabulous mini bag…I am LOVING this combination! These jeans are so versatile and easy to dress up or down (go ultra casual with a cropped tee and sandal flats – or dress them up a la the combination in this post), and the best part? They’re under $65. Can’t recommend enough!

Jeans are never a bad investment because you can wear them EVERY season. It may be a gazillion degrees in Austin, but you’ll still see half the city opting for jeans at any given time. I am especially loving the high rise waistline on these cuties by Urban Outfitters…plus that cropped + flare ankle is perfectly on trend and a super fashion forward touch. (I am 5’6 for height reference, jeans fit TTS). Psst…you may recognize this same pair in a blue denim wash from this post a couple weeks back. Clearly when I find something I love + that fits like a glove, I’ll get it in multiple colors! (Also…that price point is amazing!).

My exact top is from last year, but Urban Outfitters also has a nearly identical option for ya! I actually have their version in the white color and LOVE it…it’s sexy and sleek at the same time, big fan of satin/silk camisoles. (Ps. Layer a satin cami under a blazer for workwear + lost the blazer for happy hour with galpals or date night…ba-bam! One top worn two ways).
