Hello gals! Ohh I am SO excited to finally share a fun post I’ve been working on with the wonderful Brahmin team – my Mother’s Day gift guide! I was a huge fan of Brahmin handbags long before I stepped foot into the blogging world, so it’s been a dream come true to work closely with their team and pick out a few gorgeous pieces that would make incredible gifts for all the fabulous mamas out there!
Brahmin is one of those rare brands that, as they grow, continue to put quality first. I had the pleasure of touring their handbag factory in the fall and oh my goodness do they put an unbelievable amount of TLC into their products. It’s a family owned brand where everyone genuinely cares about their customers and employees – and continue to produce stunning products that withstand time in both quality and design. (Disclaimer: my fan-girling in this post is 110% genuine – I am obsessed, ha!).
Happy Wednesday, friends! You won’t see me rock vibrant prints very often, but when they’re tailored to my style by the fine folks over at Stitch Fix, I may just give them a try! (…Okay, and love them, too!). We’re inching closer to summer (…and it already feels like summer in Austin, ah!), so adding some airy shift dresses to your wardrobe right now is a definite do. read more
A big thank you to Stitch Fix for sponsoring this post! All opinions are my own.
Taupe, suede, tassel details…I’m all in! My shoe wardrobe got a little update with these gorgeous heels for spring. I love a good billowy tee and jeans combo, but completing my look with a pair of gorgeous sandals really tops off the outfit and adds a chic touch!
We made it to FRIDAY! …Which means you’ll find me in comfy clothes, like light layers in the prettiest color palette. I’m a sucker for earth tones and when I saw this rust colored cardigan (currently 30% off!), I knew it would be SO perfect layered over an ultra soft v-neck tee (…and ohh that olive green is just perfection!). (Ps. You can see how I styled my cardi with a halter top on my Insta-feed here).
When I was 10-years-old, my grand life plan was to be a professional ballerina AND an OBGYN…(because clearly those two careers goes hand-in-hand). I’ve always loved kids (hence the helping birth babies thing…I just failed to understand what that actually entailed) and who doesn’t watch ballerinas in awe and adoration? Over time, I learned I had a passion for writing and said so long to my previous life plans. I was about 13 when I changed my mind and was stuck on the idea of becoming a fashion magazine writer.read more
Hey gals! I’m currently en route to Palm Beach, Florida for a fun collaboration with the Lilly Pulitzer team – actually writing this from the airplane! I grabbed my mom and we’re ready for a couple days of r&r and hopefully a few margaritas by the pool. I am in desperate need of a relaxing getaway right about now! You can follow the fun over on my Instagram feed (trust me, their spring/summer collections are SO cute!!). Can’t wait to share more as we get settled in and hit the beach!
If you’ve followed me for a while, you may have noticed that I wear a lot of J.O.A. clothing (this brand is sold at Nordstrom and Shopbop, which is where I discovered it!). There’s a reason I keep coming back for more of their beautiful products, and when I saw this adorable ruffled maxi dress, I knew right away I needed to share it with y’all! It would SO perfect worn to a spring (…or summer!) wedding.
It’s been a doozy of week in the Watson/Printy house – so fiiiiinally taking some time to curl my hair, shave my legs (ahh, necessary to feel refreshed), and throw on a sexy and seriously GORGEOUS mini skirt was what I needed to feel oh so pretty (…and clean! and confident!). I’ve been a sweaty mess in moving-mode for the last five days, so stepping out to shoot this post kinda revived my spirit. Always feels so nice to have one of those “Oh! So this is what I couuuuuld look like if I changed out of track shorts today…” moments, ha!
