If you follow me on Instagram (@livvylandblog), you’ve probably seen me rock these fabulous suede booties a TON (ps. wearing the sand suede color!)…thus, you know just how versatile they can be! And the best bonus of all? They’re under $100…mhmm! I love that Nordstrom carries awesome brands that fit like a glove, are beautiful quality and are SO affordable!

I am often running around Austin like a madwoman (…y’all, I may appear organized, but I am in fact a hot mess at all times, trust me!), so wearing an outfit that’s cute, on trend and above all, comfortable, is a must for me. Not to mention the weather here is actually crazy (no really…one day it’s 80 degrees, the next it’s 40…ohh Austin, get it together! 😉 ), so wearing cozy pieces that can layer up nicely is always a good idea.

My peplum top is by Free People and it’s one of my favorites, I’ve been wearing it non-stop since I scooped it up a couple weeks ago. (I’m wearing a size small for reference). My jeans are DL1961 and though they’re pricier, the quality is truly outstanding and they make your legs/booty/waist look and feel amazing, highly recommend!! I always get compliments on these…they’re the best! That adorable cardigan is by BP and is seriously SO soft and amazing for layering over a tee and joggers for a day at home (just throw on some cozy slippers & you’re golden! 😉 ), or over a cute and breezy top, as seen above. It’s also incredibly affordable (under $50!) and comes in a few color options…I’m a sucker for olive this season, so of course I stuck to my earth tones! 😉 Wearing a size XS. Lastly, my handbag is the “Mini Duxbury” by Brahmin and it is so durable and the color is gorgeous! I bought this for myself four years ago when I worked at Nordstrom and it’s been a regular in my handbag repertoire ever since. This cherry color goes with every neutral in your wardrobe!
