Getting Ready On Your Wedding Day

Hello there! Hope your weekend is going well, Blake and I had a monster to-do list yesterday and through it all I miraculously made time to exercise (seriously trying my hardest to be diligent about getting in workouts throughout the week…we’re now just a month and a half away from our wedding day, eek!!), so I ventured downtown to run the Hike & Bike trail…in the 100 degree heat…it was half miserable buuut I did it, so I was pretty darn happy and proud of myself! Also felt nice to see the light of day…I’ve been in tunnel mode with wedding to-do’s and general blog prep on my calendar, so it was really nice to step away from my computer and soak in some vitamin D!

Speaking of the wedding… I am super excited to partner with Nordstrom today and share a look from their wedding suite featuring THE cutest floral romper to wear as you get ready on the big day! Nordstrom has such an incredible selection of wedding accessories – from what to wear as you and your bridal party get ready (also in love with this white kimono if you prefer to wear white all day!), veils, shoes, jewelry, bridesmaids dresses, headbands – honestly, you name it – they have it! When I was first starting to shop around for wedding dresses, my mom, sister and I drove to Houston because the Nordstrom there has a bridal suite…and it was magical!! The associates were so sweet and attentive and the array of items to choose from (..and the gowns, oh my goodness!) was absolutely beautiful and top notch quality. Since they don’t have bridal suites in most of their stores, the next best thing is to scope out the “All Wedding” tab on the Nordstrom website – everything is super organized and easy to find, so if you’re on the hunt for kimonos or rompers for your bridesmaids, it’s super easy to see just that! Not to mention you know you’re getting beautiful products when you order from Nordstrom – y’all know I’m a superfan of Nords!! 😉

I’m wearing a size small in this romper and I highly recommend it!! It’s SO COMFY and you feel gorgeous in it – I love the bell sleeves and plunging neckline, it’s very whimsical and boho, my kinda vibe!
