Distressed Faves Under $100!

Hi gals! Today I’m excited to feature a round-up of one of my VERY favorite denim trends that instantly adds “cool factor” and casual style to your look (…err..well, I certainly feel cool when I wear mine, ha! 😉 ) – distressed denim! As y’all know, I wear my go-to distressed jeans constantly and after the crazy heat that hit Austin yesterday, I’m already clicking “add to cart” when it comes to shorts too, ha!

Speaking of…I suppose I foresaw the random bouts of summer weather we often get before May and bought the shorts on the far right (these ones rolled up at the bottom) and wore them yesterday during the unexpected heat wave – and they were perfect and SO cute!! They’re by BlankNYC, which is quickly becoming one of my favorite brands for affordable, high quality denim everything (…I also have these BlankNYC jeans in the upper left corner..), needless to say, I am hooked on this brand and love the fit! Ps. Totally bought the second pair of jeans in the upper left corner (these cuties), too…those are currently in transit and I am SO excited to wear them out! …See what I mean? BlankNYC is apparently my brand of choice right now, ha! For reference, if you’re in between sizes I’d opt for a size down – I’m often a 25 or 26 and the 25 fit me a lot better, but in general they fit TTS. 🙂

The middle pair that has a “$68” arrow pointing to it is by Vigoss, another favorite affordable denim designer I love and stand behind. I was introduced to Vigoss over a year ago when they hosted an event at our local Nordstrom and honestly, I fell in love with their selection and how well they fit me…and the material is often a little stretchy so you can move around a ton (..which as “Auntie O” to 6 nieces and nephews comes in handy when I’m playing around!).

Another jeans brand that I love is Levi’s – such a classic denim brand known for an amazing fit on the behind! 😉 Hence, why I had to put that model shot with her booty facing out haha, because seriously, Levi’s just gets it when it comes to making you look and feel amazing when wearing shorts or their jeans!

Enjoy shopping this adorable trend and treat yourself to a budget friendly pair (seriously, you can’t go wrong with any of my picks above…easy on your bank account and you’ll get so much wear out of them! I have tried on or own at least one pair of denim from each brand in the collage above, so trust me when I say they’re all fabulous picks!).
