Boho Chic: Black on Black

If there’s one combination that’s both effortless and timeless, it’s black on black. I kept it chic with the shoes, bag and skinny jeans, then added those perfectly boho touches with an off the shoulder, bell sleeve top and my fedora hat. Voila, an outfit I can 100% get down with from day to night!

As ACL festival rolls around, I can feel this city buzzing with anticipation (trust me, it’s getting harder and harder to sit still at my desk!) and girl making their way to local boutiques and shopping centers in search of their best bohemian outfit! …I’m thinking this look is definitely suitable for this time of year!

This top is originally from Nordstrom but they completely sold out (fear not, though!), so I linked to the same one here for just $30! The skinny jeans are actually high waist skinnies and I am in looooove with these. Perfect with a flowy top like this one or with a structured crop top, can’t go wrong with a versatile pair of black denim in your closet! My shoes are old Steve Madden, so I found a couple of similar pairs (like these pretties) and linked to them below. I love the ankle strap…it looks sexy but secretly adds extra support…which we all know us ladies can use after a few hours in these things! 😉

Great news about my accessories, this Michael Kors turquoise dial watch is now on sale for HALF OFF! It’s still my very favorite watch…nothing like the combination of gold and turq! The necklace is an intricate gold arrowhead from Kendra Scott and it looks oh so fabulous layered with a dainty triangle pendant necklace resting just below the collarbone.
